VeraCore Software Solutions, Inc. today announced immediate availability of VeraCore Version 5.8B1, the latest release of their comprehensive warehouse management and order fulfillment software. The new version of VeraCore is available for local or cloud-based installation and offers many enhancements including a completely re-designed customer service suite, integrations with leading ecommerce shopping carts, enhanced inter-system communications and tools to streamline system maintenance for large installations in which the system is deployed across multiple web-servers.
VeraCore enables printers, fulfillment companies and marketing service providers to manage complex literature, premium and product fulfillment programs on behalf of their clients. With Version 5.8B1, front-line CSRs, so critical to a fulfillment business, will be able to more effectively service their clients with a new customer suite that centralizes key functions in one easy to use interface. In addition, version 5.8B1 will enable fulfillment service providers to minimize the possibility of errors with new controls that govern what changes CSR’s can make to an order. Controls are based on business rules that defined to meet the specific needs of each client.
Also available in Version 5.8B1 is a new framework that simplifies the process of integrating clients’ ecommerce shopping carts with VeraCore’s Order Management System. The integrations will enable automatic synchronization of orders, inventory, and shipping information between VeraCore and 3rd party shopping carts with a set-up that can be performed in minutes. Integration with Shopify® and Magento®, both leading providers of ecommerce storefronts, is already complete. Development is underway on integration with Volusion®, with others to follow soon after.
